Hopewell Bay

Saturday August 12, 2017.  Today’s destination was Hopewell Bay, a nice anchorage about 30 miles to the north.  Portions of the small boat channel between the islands and rocks can be difficult for larger boats to navigate, so we took the outside route around these trouble spots.  Fortunately, the weather and seas cooperated.  It was a nice anchorage; the wind was calm at night so we got a good night’s sleep.
